Once you place an order, we will make a draft design and send it to you within 3-5 business days. We accept up to 3 revisions on our designs. Once you are satisfied, we will start producing your board!

Return Policy
For custom decks (not regular decks):
Complete refunds are unfortunately not available for custom decks only. We will grant a partial refund if the customer decides to initiate a return before the deck is sent to production (i.e. before a customer approves the artwork). Refunds are not granted once the deck goes into production. This applies to custom decks only, not regular decks. Email us to initiate a return and we will work with you to complete the process.
