Return Policy

For regular decks (not custom decks):

All decks are made-to-order by hand for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns other than damage caused during shipping (A full refund is eligible if a customer cancels the order before the “deck started production” email is sent).

Please note that small variations or minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmade production process and play a part in the uniqueness of each deck.
